Policies, Health, and Safety:

• Cancellation: 24 hour notice is required for cancellation of an appointment or you can be charged 50% of your session. Payment is due at the time the service is rendered.

• Illness: If you or any members of your household are exhibiting symptoms of a contagious illness, we ask that you reschedule your appointment. If you are cancelling less than 24 hours due to a contagious illness, your fee may be waived. 

• Appointment Time: Please try to be on time for your session, your scheduled time cannot be extended due to tardiness.

• Dress: If schedule a targeted sports massage, please wear loose fitting shorts and a tank top. Please shower before your appointment. 

• Sexual Harassment and Safety: No inappropriate behavior or gestures will be tolerated. If the LMT feels uncomfortable or threatened in any way, you session can be terminated.

• COVID: All high touch surfaces will be sanitized after each session. Tru Health will follow the local guidelines set forth by Sussex County, DE and Fairfax County, VA health department depending on where you are being seen. I have been vaccinated and double boosted with the Pfizer vaccine.
